Rules for assembly

Booths higher than 3.3m from the pavilion floor must be set back from neighbouring booths according to the table below.

Up to 3.5m in height, no gap from neighbouring booths is needed.

Above 2.2m the boundary facing a neighbouring booth must be finished with a compatible material and no advertising.

All booths must be ready for the show by 10pm on October 18. October 19 will be reserved only for the Exhibitors’ final decoration, placement of stickers and small items, and setting up display windows.

Please remind builders that they are liable to be fined if they do not meet the deadlines and comply with the rules set forth herein.

During the show days, booth maintenance and the moving of volumes and items must be carried out either between 8am and 11am or between 8½pm and 10½pm. In the latter case, a prior authorization issued by both the organizer and the security department will be required.

ISLANDS, ISLAND EDGES AND CORNERS

Under no circumstances can an island booth be completely walled at the sides facing lanes.

At most 30% of linear length can be walled on each side of the booth, with a maximum height of 6m. For the remaining 70%, the clearance table must be used.
