EXHIBITION HALL RULES

 

Maximum height for booths

 

The maximum height for assembly from the pavilion floor is 6 m. The exhibits must be confined within that height.
The booths under the mezzanine must have a maximum height of 3.6 m from the pavilion floor.
Booths higher than 3.5 m from the pavilion floor must be set back from neighbouring booths according to the table below.
Above 2.2 m the boundary facing a neighbouring booth must be finished with a compatible material and no advertising.


 

 

 

Booths with an upper floor

 

Two-story booths or mezzanines are not allowed.


Islands, island edges and corners


Under no circumstances can an island booth be completely walled at the sides facing lanes. At most 30% of linear length can be walled on each side of the
booth, with a maximum height of 6 m.
NOTE: The clearance table must be obeyed even in the case of booths made of clear glass.

 

Floors and walls


The fixing of carpets directly onto the pavilion floor must be made with double-sided tape (3M ref.4880), which must be removed at the end.
Glue is not allowed in this case, and non-compliance will be fined US$25/sqm
